Boelube® is a water-soluble, non-toxic, synthetic cutting fluid. Originally developed by the Boeing
Company to improve aircraft part machining – it has proven successful in difficult boiler tube and pipe applications.

Easier machining and reduced cutting tool wear are reported in:

• Stub Removal
• Header machining
• Tube prep of difficult alloys such as T-9, HR-3C, work hardened T-22, Inconel, clad or overlaid tubes.

Boelube® is environmentally safe, non corrosive, non-flammable, and free of halogens, heavy metals, sulfur, phosphorus, silicone, petroleum or paraffin wax.

Recommended Dilutions:

• Stub Removal, Headers, Steam Lines: 1-1
• Boiler Tubes: 1-1 to 3-1

Clean up thoroughly with water before welding.
